Hi, it’s me again. I’ve told you this a lot, but I’m going to tell you again. Your mind cannot hold conflicting beliefs. You cannot be depressed and happy. You can’t be tired and wide awake. You can’t be miserable and elated because it’s impossible for the mind to hold conflicting beliefs because when you hold conflicting beliefs, they start to cancel each other out.

You can’t be a person that takes action every day in the direction of your goals and a failure. You can’t be someone who does what they don’t want to do first with a business that isn’t working because the mind simply doesn’t do that. The fact that you feel a winner will make you behave like a winner. It may take longer than you’d like for your business to work. It may take longer than you want for these habits and beliefs to be wired into you and become core beliefs, but just remember the mind cannot, it simply cannot hold conflicting beliefs.
Conflicting beliefs, how to overcome them |
Can’t really hold conflicting thoughts, so the more you focus on these beliefs, “I believe in myself, I believe in myself because I take action every day in the direction of my goals” … See? You don’t have to do it in any particular order. “I delay gratification. I do what I hate. I do what I hate first. I bounce back from rejection. When I hear no, it’s a disappointment, but it’s not a denial. I keep going. I praise myself all the time. I don’t really use destructive criticism. I can see a mistake I made and I learn from it.”

You see? If you keep those beliefs foremost in your mind and how you do that, of course, is by playing your audio and using your workbook. Go back to your workbook. Write stuff in it. Read what you’ve written. Play the audio. Because in doing those two things, playing the audio, reading things from your workbook, you know that you cannot hold conflicting beliefs. You have to do one or the other. In doing one, you can’t do the other. Therefore, you have to win, so keep doing that. Thanks for listening. See you soon.
